Internship projects included updating and redesigning signs, creating a restaurant seating chart, hand lettering promotional dinner displays, designing templates for pre-shift notes and postcards, illustrating and designing menu placemats, working with managers to re-design catering and event deck menus and to design its promotional newsletter, and photographing merchandise and foods.
